At a time when supermarket shelves are empty, events are being postponed and the world is experiencing varying levels of uncertainty, there can be some degree of comfort knowing that we are all in it together. Whether you're working from the spare bedroom, cooped up in the lounge with the kids or lucky enough to have a home office, we want to stay connected and most importantly... be positive.
With all the surreal recent events going on around us staying safe and well is so important. This time of slowing down can be used as an opportunity to reflect and be thankful for what we do have. As much as we normally champion taking in our environment and making the most of the area in which we live, we’re being discouraged to congregate at AONB and other popular areas within the hills. For now we need to adhere to the necessary precautions, to try and recover from this, but in the meantime we thought it would be nice to celebrate the beautiful landscape and the places we can look forward to visiting once again. With outdoor pieces from our creative and local artists – John Miller, John Darnell, Matt Holland along with a calming seascape piece from artist Lisa Mardell.
We’re extremely fortunate to be part of such a friendly community, with lots of fellow local businesses stepping up to help one another.
For now we’re keeping our distance and staying safe!
