INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES *All of our prints are packaged professionally. We can arrange worldwide delivery on all of our artwork. Please note there is a charge for all international destinations outside of the UK. From March 2019 we aim to ship all prints within 10 working days of the order. With bespoke orders the time frame can be longer depending on the service required, however we will keep you updated and you can contact us at any time.

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been placed. We ask that you provide a contact number so that the courier can send you details of your delivery such as a dispatch notice and an estimated delivery date/time. If you have not received your order as expected please get in touch with us.

Some orders may be subject to the country of origin’s customs and import fees. These are assessed once the print enters the destination country and must be paid by the order recipient, so it is advised to check your local customs office for more information. Please note any custom or import fees which may be incurred are non-refundable and do not form any part of the delivery fee we charge.

It is advisable to provide information regarding a safe place for your delivery, if you are unlikely to be at the destination address to receive it.

Returns and Refunds

Since all of our prints are made to order we will not process returns or exchanges. We only issue refunds if your artwork is damaged upon arrival. In the unlikely event of this happening, please notify us by sending an email to hello@treacleart.com within 14 days of delivery. Please clearly state your name, order number and evidence of any damage.  

Please ensure the item is packaged securely and in its original condition. Postage of the item back to us should be made within 21 days of the original delivery, at your own risk and cost.

Upon receipt of your return item we will issue you a refund, (excluding the delivery cost) via your original payment method and you will receive notification from us that the refund has been processed. 

The above conditions also apply to any commissioned or customised work.
